A cornerstone of Williamsville Wellness is our individualized approach to treating addiction and mental health concerns. We understand that not every individual needs 28 days of residential treatment. Our Flexible Residential Treatment Program gives our clinical team the ability to customize the level of care to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient. For example, an individual entering residential treatment may need only 2 weeks in that level of care before they transition to 4 weeks of remote (online) partial hospitalization program (PHP) in their home setting. Another individual may need a full 4 weeks in residential and they may then transition to 2 weeks of remote PHP followed by Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Our clinical team makes the determination of treatment length within 5 days of admission, and this is based on the patient’s feedback as well as medical and treatment history, symptoms, risk factors, supports, and level of care criteria.
Some patients enter our flexible residential treatment program after being referred by a health care professional who, familiar with their situation and prior treatments, will suggest a residential treatment program as the next best step. Others come to us because they have tried other programs or approaches that did not work for them and they are now ready to dedicate themselves to a new level of therapy. Sometimes, people just know that they are ready. Often, family interventions can prompt patients to seek out our drug rehab as well.
The Flexible Residential Treatment Program at Williamsville Wellness is an intensive alcohol and drug addiction treatment program. Throughout treatment, patients stay within one of our warm and welcoming houses – an environment for recovery much different than the stale, clinical setting found at most other rehabs. Our licensed and experienced team of professionals provide drug and alcohol treatment in a fully-licensed and certified environment.

Our Aftercare Expectations
We believe that long-term recovery and wellness is gained through ongoing treatment and support. Our Team works closely with the patient to develop an individualized aftercare plan, including transition to outpatient supports, such as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), individual therapy, and psychiatric/medical follow-up. For program completion, patients are expected to schedule outpatient therapy and IOP.
